Senator Chuck Schumer is melting down in the wake of Tucker Carlson releasing video footage of the January 6th protests that contradicts the Democrats’ and media’s apocalyptic narrative surrounding the events.

After demanding countless investigations into January 6th, Schumer wants censorship now that his political opponents are the ones doing the investigating.

Speaking on the Senate floor, Schumer condemned Tucker, and pleaded with Fox News not to show the next installment of his segment.  “With contempt for the facts, disregard of the risks and knowing full well he was lying – lying to his audience – Fox News host Tucker Carlson ran a lengthy segment last night arguing the Jan. 6 Capitol attack was not a violent insurrection,” Schumer whined.

“By diving deep into the waters of conspiracy and cherry picking from thousands of hours of security footage, Mr. Carlson told the bold-faced lie that the Capitol attack, which we all saw with our own eyes, was somehow not an attack at all,” Schumer said, without addressing a single claim presented by Carlson.

Carlson had invited Schumer to go on his show last night, but he refused, tweeting, with the maturity of a toddler; “I will agree to go on after Tucker Carlson admits to his viewers live on air that he has been lying to them about the 2020 elections and about what happened on January 6th.”

If Schumer is so confident that Tucker’s narrative is “lies,” it’s a bit odd that he can’t be bothered to point out what those lies are.

After his prior calls for action accomplished nothing, Schumer then called on Fox News to pull Carlson from the air. To the surprise of no one except Schumer, that too failed to work.
